Schamotte Fireplace

Schamotte is extremely heat-resistant and provides excellent heat retention.

The grill chimney’s fireplace is equipped with two massive Schamotte plates, where the embers are lit. These plates absorb the heat and distribute it evenly across the entire grilling surface.
